“Mainframe Municipality” uses the rhetorical theory in Jeff Rice’s “Digital Detroit” to compare and contrast two different locations. Rice believes that spaces can be seen as an interconnected and interactive network rather than just a geographically fixed location on a map. This video explores and justifies this theory between my two hometowns: Paden City and Morgantown.
